Given the unique challenges of caring for terminally ill individuals and their families, Encore's Hospice component assists the caregiver in developing new disciplines and activities such as bereavement services, volunteer activities and spiritual counseling activities. Encore Hospice also allows for tracking of volunteer, funding and other pertinent activities.

With the use of point-of-care devices in tracking hospice-specific information, caregivers can easily follow and track each detail associated with the patient and their family from the beginning of serve to the completion of after-death services.

AppointMate® is a tremendously adaptable web-based system that aids employees in overseeing and scheduling independent workers.
