About the author:

Elizabeth Jeffries is an executive coach, professional speaker, and author who specializes in leadership and change strategies for the 21st century. She is known for her innovative work with leaders, inspiring, encouraging and challenging them to "live and lead from the inside out".

In starting her speaking and consulting career, Jeffries set out to help solve people problems in organizations across America. Originally educated in the health care field, she combined her strong orientation to service, her years of experience in leadership and management and her passion for people. Today, Jeffries has addressed over one million people in more than 3000 presentations. Her clients are hospitals, health systems, professional associations and businesses internationally.

An active member of the National Speakers Association, she has served on its Board of Directors and is one of a select group of less than 10% of its membership who has earned the prestigious designation of CSP - Certified Speaking Professional. Additionally, Jeffries has been inducted into the elite CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame.
